Why Ireland-first matters
Because we don’t wire to BS 7671.
Every major electrical design tool on the market — ProDesign, ElectricalOM, the UK cert apps — is built for BS 7671. Good tools, wrong country.
I.S. 10101 has its own tables, its own recent amendments, its own way of doing things. VoltQoR is built on the standard you actually work to — not a UK tool with the labels changed.

No. VoltQoR is not certified, and doesn’t claim to be. It’s a planning and checking workbench, not a compliance authority.

No. VoltQoR is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of them.
Does it replace professional judgement?
No. It’s a tool to check your numbers and plan the job faster — the call on-site is still yours.
Is it for domestic or commercial work?
Both, for practical site-based jobs. Not yet for large commercial design-office work.
Is it only for Ireland?
Yes — built specifically for I.S. 10101. That’s the whole point.
Is it based on I.S. 10101?
Yes — I.S. 10101:2020+A1:2024/AC2:2025, kept current as the standard is amended.
